You have no working SSL because you have not followed directions. There is a support guide that explains the mistake you made here:
To fix this, do the following:
- Delete the inactive and incorrectly configured Netlify DNS zone here: https://app.netlify.com/teams/jimlynchcodes/dns/seedbuilders.org
- Click the “Renew certificate” button here: https://app.netlify.com/projects/seed-builders/domain-management#ssl-tls-certificate
That should be all that is required to fix the issue.

Considering the fact the the SSL is not working is your mistake and not Netlify’s mistake, this makes the rudeness above doubly unacceptable.
Not only are you rude, you are being rude and blaming Netlify for your own failures.
