Hello, I want to use the name of my site: example.netlify.app for the new improved site that I built… can I just delete the app and then rename the new one example.netlify.app so that my custom domain dns settings on the registrar’s will stay in place without me having to edit them again at the provider? Thank you. (provider does not allow namserver change)
I believe that is correct. Deleting an project called example.netlify.app allows the reallocation of that name to another project. Make sure to remove any custom domain from the project before deleting it.
Alternatively (and probably easier) it to deploy the new version to the current project then nothing needs changing.
