Unable to register a credit card to upgrade plan

Hi, We can´t register a credit card in the Add Payment Method section to upgrade my current plan.
We have tried with different international credit cards, VISA and MC. There are from Chile banks.

Can I get some urgent support? Because we are migrating from Gatsby Cloud and Gatsby is shutting down in a few days.

My CC can be used without troubles in any service and buying portals in the US.
