Hello Netlify Support,
I am the owner of the domain siril.online.
Previously, the domain was managed through an older Netlify account, but that account has since been deleted. I have now created a new Netlify account and would like to connect the domain to my new site.
However, when I try to add siril.online as a custom domain, I receive the following error:
“siril.online or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
It appears that the domain is still associated with the old Netlify account/team, which I no longer have access to.
Could you please release, remove, or transfer the existing DNS zone/domain association so that I can connect siril.online to my new Netlify project?
I can verify ownership of the domain through my GoDaddy account if required.
