Tailwind css not working

Good day!
please this site works well on local server, however after deploying on netlify, tailwind css does not work. cant seem to figure out what is wrong, though am new to tailwind.

You need to build the CSS for your site and add it to your GitHub repo. Then Netlify will be able to deploy it. Your repo has no CSS:
