Stuck wildcard renewal on external DNS (pandarok.com) – Please remove wildcard SAN

Hi Netlify Support,

My site uses external DNS (GoDaddy), but the automated Let’s Encrypt renewal is stuck attempting to renew a wildcard certificate (*.pandarok.com).

Because DNS is managed externally, this renewal continuously fails with Acme::Client::Error::RateLimited: too many failed authorizations (5) for "*.pandarok.com".

Could you please:

  1. Remove the wildcard SAN (*.pandarok.com) from my site’s certificate configuration on your backend.

  2. Reissue a standard Let’s Encrypt certificate covering only pandarok.com and [www.pandarok.com](https://www.pandarok.com) via HTTP-01 verification?
