Stuck at "Currently provisioning your Let’s Encrypt certificate" for months

This is my netlify domain name glowing-choux-5e780a.netlify.app.
This is my custom domain name : www.codeden.org

After the configuration, it has been stuck at error for months now. It never resolved even after I followed all the troubleshooting steps. And my site is tagged as insecure because there’s not SSL certificate.
