SSL certificate provisioning after more than 72 hours

I’m experiencing an SSL certificate provisioning issue on my site. The domain is realstiles.co.mz and DNS verification shows as successful in my Netlify dashboard, but the certificate has not been issued.

I’ve completed all the recommended troubleshooting steps:

  • :white_check_mark: DNS verification status: successful (shown in Domain management > HTTPS)
  • :white_check_mark: Nameservers correctly pointing to Netlify DNS
  • :white_check_mark: No CAA records blocking Let’s Encrypt (verified via dnschecker.org)
  • :white_check_mark: No AAAA (IPv6) records present
  • :white_check_mark: Ran a full test on Let’s Debug (https://letsdebug.net) for realstiles.co.mz using HTTP-01 — result: **“All OK! No issues were found”

Everything checks out on my end. The issue appears to be on Netlify’s side — the certificate provisioning process seems to be stuck after the DNS verification step.
