Spiders sees only previous version of the site?

I had a static website. When I inspect pages in the browser, everything looks fine; the content is the most recent.

However, when any spider is accessing my site (google or screaming frog running locally) - they all see the content from a couple of days ago (before I made some fix).

How is this possible?
