Hello Netlify,

I’ve been getting a CertificateInvalidError: “unable to verify challenge” for a week and can’t figure out why, everything worked properly a week back.

The website is hermesapp.fr.

Would love any help ! Thank you

That’s happening because you have configured, but are not using, our DNS hosting. You can remove that setting here:

…and then the next day’s autorenewal attempt should go through as expected.

Although I don’t understand how I’m not using your DNS Hosting, aren’t the tags a sign that it’s the case ?

I also have Netlify nameservers on route 53, I don’t get what I’m missing here

I checked my Route 53 settings, and I actually just changed the name servers of the DNS zone. That’s probably what was the issue
