Hi Netlify team, my team (Free plan) shows the banner “running on operational
credits — production deploys paused”, but Usage & Billing shows 29 credits
available. This matches the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported
by other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable
