hello. I bought a domain and connected it to the netlify DNS. Now I want to delete netlify DNS. I removed all nameservers from Namecheap but it still working with netlify DNS. HOW??? How can I remove it?

You can delete the Netlify DNS zone in order to remove it. If you go to the Domains section, you should see the domain listed.
Go into the specific domain and you should see at the bottle the ability to delete the DNS Zone.
