Hello Netlify Support,
I need help releasing my domain from an old Netlify team that I can no longer access.
I own and manage the domain through GoDaddy. I recently created a new Netlify team and redeployed my website from GitHub.
When I try to add my domain to the new project, Netlify tells me that the domain or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
The domain was previously configured to use Netlify/NS1 nameservers. I have now switched it back to GoDaddy’s default nameservers so that I can create the required TXT ownership-verification record.
The domain I need released is revelrycinema[dot]com.
Please release the old Netlify DNS zone/team association so I can connect the domain to my current Netlify project.
I am ready to create the verified-for-netlify TXT record to prove ownership.
