The thread has been left unanswered by the users - not Netlify. So the ones keeping it hanging are the previous reporters to whom we asked for basic information and never heard back. You can also check the actual issue:
The plugin’s developer has himself been kept on wait by some users.
We understand you might not be appreciative of Netlify, but please don’t make this sound like a Netlify issue entirely, at least not publicly. We would need information and reproductions to fix bugs, and if those are not provided, I’m sorry but the reports will remain hanging.
