Netlify: Please provide a clear guide on connecting the site to a Squarespace domain!

Google gave their domains to Squarespace. Many people were using Google Domains, and now switched to Squarespace. Please provide a guide on how to do this effectively! There’s no ALIAS or ANAME or “flattened CNAME” options in their DNS settings.
