Netlify deploys stuck on "starting up"

Hello,

My deploys have been recenly badly slow

and now not even starting and I’m getting scared that I will lose all my build minutes

Cannot even cancel it… it sucks, how do I fix it?

Managed to cancel it, though I think the core
issue should still be addressed as it keeps happening
