Hi Netlify Support,
One of my websites, nam-k-beauty.com.br, was suddenly suspended today without any prior notice or explanation.
The Netlify project is hilarious-rabanadas-06f608, and it is a legitimate website for a beauty business in Brazil. The site has been hosted on Netlify for some time and, to the best of my knowledge, does not violate Netlify’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
The Netlify dashboard currently shows the custom domain nam-k-beauty.com.br as “Suspended”, while the project itself and its previous production deployment are still accessible from my dashboard.
I suspect the website may have been incorrectly flagged by an automated spam, fraud, or abuse detection system.
Could you please have a human support agent review the suspension, clarify the exact reason why the website was suspended, and restore access as soon as possible if this was a false positive? I have changed the domain recently maybe thats why. Thanks
This is a live business website, so the suspension is directly impacting the business and its customers.
