Madomorpho.com : Conflicting custom domain in another account

The domain madomorpho-2023.netlify.app is ready for production, but I can’t use the domain I own because it’s currently being used in another account.

I was already in touch with the previous dev and we could not find the domain in their Netlify account. Traces in DNS records still point to Netlify tho.

Can you remove any reference to madomorpho.com so I can connect this site?
