I cannot send the contact form through my php file

Good, my regards and respect.

I am interested in moving to a monthly pro plan.

I have a couple of projects deployed and there is a common error that happens in both, which is that I cannot send the contact form through my php file. I would like to know if the pro plan includes the activation of the php and mysql services, apache. To get the forms to my personal email.
