How do i activate my private emal services that i bought from namecheap

i have purchased private email services from my domain provider (namecheap)and i need to activate those services, i contacted the support of namecheap and they told me that i need to ask my dns provider(netlify) to follow these instructions: http://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/1340/
