Gatsby NPM Install fails

Hello, thank you in advance for reading this and hopefully providing a helping hand!

I’ve recently upgraded a bunch of packages for my site based on GatsbyJS. Following the dependency upgrades, I confirmed that the site builds locally without issue using node v18.12.1 and npm v8.19.2, however, the build fails at Line 78 (see attached log dump) and continues to throw NPM Errors
