Failed to deploy my site (Hugo PaperMod)

It worked a month ago. Yesterday I tried to upload a new post to my blog and it keeps failing. Please kindly help.

It looks like papermod theme has a problem. I tried several hours to fix it and it doesn’t work.
Here is my repo GitHub - wingsterlai/mindscapes
And my netlify site name: mindscapes-wingster
Thanks!

I believe you should try contacting Papermod devs about it. Something seems to be wrong with the submodule configuration. If you get any useful information about their setup from them, feel free to let us know and we can continue checking.

It’s fixed! I deleted my local files and clone it from Github. After updating submodule and it works. Thanks for replying!

Thanks for confirming!

I feel, the error message probably does a good job in explaining what went wrong (as compared to a lot of other cryptic error messages that won’t tell you anything useful). It can be difficult to find the error, but that’s an important skill to learn

Anyways, find the correct version to use and set it: Hugo on Netlify | Netlify Docs
