.ENV File solution is not working

I have tried every solution suggested including .env file with SKIP_PREFLIGHT_CHECK = true
but I continue to get errors. This is the latest one, I cant find anything online. Please forgive me for posting all of my files. Let me know what I can do to help you guys/gals help me.
