E-mail problem in registro.br

I’m facing an issue. Recently, I created a website for a client who already had a domain purchased through registro.br. To upload my site to their domain, I first uploaded the site through Netlify, where I managed to get the DNS and set Netlify’s DNS on their domain at registro.br. After doing this, the site went live, but a problem occurred: their email, which is hosted by registro.br, stopped working. And when they take the site down, the email starts working again. How can I solve this?

registro.br doesn’t provide email service. What you will need to do is make the same DNS record configuration that was previously configured at registro.br in Netlify’s DNS service to recover e-mail service.
