Domain already managed by another team

Hello Netlify team,

I’m trying to add the subdomain ai.python-group.com to my current Netlify site, but I receive the error:
“python-group.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I own and control this domain (DNS is managed at 10Web), and I’ve set up the proper CNAME pointing ai.python-group.com to my Netlify app ( sage-churros-fb0fe8.netlify.app ).

However, I have no other Netlify account or team where this domain might have been used. It’s possible this domain was previously added to Netlify DNS unintentionally, or linked to an old deleted project.

Could you please release the domain so I can use it with my current site?

For ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Select ‘Another site is using this domain’

Then provide the relevant details, (and perhaps a link back to this thread).

Netlify’s team will then respond to you via email.
