I’m experiencing an issue while trying to add my custom domain to my Netlify project.
Domain: aisarcanes.com
Current Project ID: 39c0df95-5518-4fc9-8144-923e23fba2d1
Problem:
When trying to add my domain, I receive the error message: “Another project is already using this domain.”
What I’ve done:
- I’ve deleted all my other Netlify projects to ensure the domain wasn’t linked elsewhere
- I’ve configured my DNS records correctly (A record pointing to Netlify’s IP)
- I’m the legitimate owner of the domain aisarcanes.com
Request:
Could you please help me:
- Identify which project is currently using this domain
- Release the domain so I can add it to my current project
- Or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue
I can provide proof of domain ownership if needed.
