I am trying to add my client’s domain kreasihexa.com to my Netlify team, but I am getting the error: “already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”. The previous developer has left the company and we no longer have access to that old account.
To prove ownership, I have already configured the required TXT record:

Could you please help to release/unlink this domain from the old team so I can add it to my current project?
