DNS settings issue with IP address

Hello.
The domain name is kaliriu.netlify.app & kaliriu.com
The entire website gives me a 404 error.

There are no build problems.

But it is not propagating correctly in some countries and there are many IP adresses which seems strange

With the DNS, yes, there are multiple IP addresses. This is how Netlify’s CDN works. As for IP addresses not showing in some locations, see this thread

I can access the site from Australia as I type.

As for the Page Not Found have you read through

The likely issue is you have not set the publish directory correctly.
