Hello Netlify team,
I connected my custom domain faniranova.com (bought through Namecheap) to my Netlify site and correctly pointed the nameservers to:
dns1.p08.nsone.net
dns2.p08.nsone.net
dns3.p08.nsone.net
dns4.p08.nsone.net
It’s been over 72 hours, and DNS propagation is either stuck or inconsistent — only a few locations globally resolve the domain, and I still see the message:
“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
Could you please check whether the DNS zone on Netlify’s end is active and help me provision the SSL certificate?
