Deploy only works if cache is cleared

I need advice to debug deploy.
Fail: Netlify App
After clearing cache: Netlify App

I have had this same site (this site is copy of rasmus.kall.as) working fine.
Why isn’t it deploying normally with cache?

Do you mind sharing which of the cases was your cause of the issue? i’m having this same issue right now and none of the edge case criteria fit for me.
