Create SSL Link for Sendgrid + Netlify

Hello,

I would like to create a proxy to allow ssl links from Sendgrid to work
The proxy should redirect from urlXXXX.example.app to sendgrid.net and work with http / https as written in the Sendgrid documentation here :
Adding a Custom SSL configuration | Twilio

Why : This feature is require by Sendgrid to activate the click Tracking in email.
