Clear Cache on every deploy

In Trigger Deploy I can Clear cache and deploy site. How would I do this on every deploy? My deploys are continuous from github.

My site serves static content browsers often show out of date content.

I might be wrong but your site is using a service worker, and it could be causing this issue.
