Hello Netlify Support,

We attempted to add our domain to our account but found it’s associated with another account. We’ve previously worked with developers on our website, but we no longer engage with them. We can provide proof of ownership if needed. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Thank you

Just to add that we have reach our previous developers and we removed the domain name from the previous account but the issue still persist

The DNS zone has been removed from the previous account. You should be able to add it to your other account.
