Certificate error

the website was working normally until a few days ago, yesterday I noticed that it is generating the following error, related to the certificate:

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not proceed to graphenopharma.com because this site requires a secure connection.

What can you do about it?

graphenopharma.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You cannot add an exception to access this site.

The problem is most likely with the website, there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the site administrator.

Sites prove their identity through certificates. Firefox does not trust this site because it uses a certificate that is not valid for graphenopharma.com. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.netlify.app, netlify.app

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Hi @mateussisto,

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you provide the site name that the domain is assigned to? For example, sitename.netlfiy.app.

Hi @Melvin , thanks for replying. The site name is:

https://grafenopharma.netlify.app

Best regards

Hi @mateussisto,

Thanks for providing the sitename. I’ve doublechecked the DNS configuration and see that it’s all correct, I then renewed the SSL certificate and it was successful. You should be all set. I’m showing that the domain is resolving properly with the SSL certificate.

Let us know if you have any issues.

Thanks a lot for your support @Melvin ! Have a nice day !
