I am trying to sign up for your service as a student for completing a Jamstack assignment, but my GitHub account was flagged by your automated fraud detection system. After clicking into the Verify Identity button and completing the SMS verification, I first clicked Decline when it asked me to scan a photo ID, then tried to contact support at ‘verifyid@netlify.com’, which automatically closed the ticket and asked me to come here for seeking help.
The most pressing concern for me is that after clicking on the Verify Identity button again in the previous email I received from Netlify, it’s redirecting me to the “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.” page and not allowing me to continue with verification, which, judging from the other posts in this forum, seems like what I need to do.
The email address I am using is: ‘chrischen0127@gmail.com’
