Add SSL to the branch deploy

Hi, I was following an answer on the Netlify forum related to branch deployment, and in the answer, it was mentioned to reach out to the forum for extending an SSL for the subdomain. I am not using Netlify DNS.

Please extend an SSL for the following subdomain, i have completed first three steps of the above support answer.
