I received a transfer confirmation, but when I went to sign into the account, netlify created a new account for the email address and I do not see the account that was transferred to me.
Now that I have an account, how to I accept the transfer? Does the original bearer need to redo the transfer?
Hi Bryce, thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the hassle! In order for the transfer to work properly you’d need to first be an Owner or collaborator within the team that is being transferred to.
If you’re still having issues then yes I would definitely say to first make yourself an owner/collaborator on the new team then try redoing the transfer. Let me know if you have any questions!
