my site says “this site is under development” and is a plain screen - but it should look like (https://cactuskidshealthclub.netlify.app/)
for domain I’m using Domain.com and I’m using Cloudflare for security

Are you still seeing something different?
I do see there is an issue with the Nameserver configuration for cactuskidshc.com. I see Nameserver entries from Netlify, Cloudflare, and Domain. If you wish to use Cloudflare NS, you will need to remove the other entries and read through [Support Guide] What problems could occur when using Cloudflare in front of Netlify? for correct configuration information.
