Deploy failing after switching to Ubuntu Focal build image due to digital envelope routines or webpack

My site (name: memofolio) will not deploy when using the Focal image, and the deploy log shows errors in the build section. I have tried using Node versions 15 and 18 locally to no avail. Searching the first error message on SO seems to indicate an outdated react-scripts package, but I don’t have that installed. Any other advice? Thanks in advance!
