I had a quick look and the issue seems to be that whilst you have deleted /opt/build/repo/src/templates/insight-post.js, you are still referencing it in several pages frontmatter. Under the path [YOUR-REPO]/src/pages/insights there are two markdown files… each requesting insight-post as their templateKey. Is this different to your local machine?

Please run gatsby to build the site locally. Theoretically the build should fail as it does in Netlify.
