Can't access a function with netlify dev

Dropping a quick note to say that as of today, a build command is no longer required for deploying Netlify Functions from Git.

Change coming November 9: No build command required for continuous deployment of Netlify Functions

This change is now released! If you have specified a functions folder in the Netlify UI or in your Netlify configuration file, we will now build your functions in continuous deployment, even if you don’t have a build command.
