Builds shows Completed but Deploy is still Processing

I don’t know about deploying via CLI and will look into it, but does it have different memory limits?
Why would that be a solution?

CLI works locally - or on a different system (you can use a different CI tool to deploy to Netlify using the CLI). So, the limits for the CLI are the limits of the hardware you might be using. On local builds, the limits are what you’ve on your system. If you’ve 8GB RAM, you get 8GB of memory to deploy.

This might not be the final solution either, but that’s an attempt that you might have to make.
