I keep receiving this error - I have spoken to support via email but I am just given standard instructions on how to add a custom domain name. Following these instructions and when clicking the option to purchase my domain via Netify:
“You have reached a limit for domain orders. Please contact support for further assistance.”

My primary domain is set to: hamzahj.com and it is “awaiting External DNS”. This was a mistake and the domain I have just purchased ‘hjavaid.com’ and this should be primary domain for which a certificate is provisioned. It is currently ‘domain alias’
I cannot change ‘hjavaid.com’ to primary because “You cannot remove primary custom domain while domain aliases are present”
My domain ‘hjavaid’ does not have a certificate provisioned as a result of all the above.
Are you able to help? I would want ‘hjavaid.com’ as primary so it has a certificate
