Wildcard SSL certificate stuck — NXDOMAIN _acme-challenge — kcroc / computerrepairkuwait.com

Site name: kcroc (www.computerrepairkuwait.com)
Error: SniCertificate::CertificateNonvalidError: Unable to verify challenge for *.computerrepairkuwait.com: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.computerrepairkuwait.com
My certificate expires March 5, 2026 (tomorrow). I use Netlify DNS for this domain. I have tried clicking “Renew certificate” multiple times. The provisioning starts but then fails with the NXDOMAIN error. I do NOT have any conflicting DNS records — only NETLIFY, NETLIFYv6, and TXT (Google verification) records exist. Please manually reset/reprovision the wildcard certificate on your backend.

Additional details for Netlify Support:

  • Netlify site ID / project name: kcroc
  • Custom domain: www.computerrepairkuwait.com (primary), computerrepairkuwait.com (redirect)
  • DNS provider: Netlify DNS (ns1.p07.nsone.net / ns2-4.p07.nsone.net)
  • Certificate type: Wildcard (*.computerrepairkuwait.com + computerrepairkuwait.com)
  • Certificate created: Dec 5, 2025 — Expires: Mar 5, 2026 (TOMORROW)
  • Current DNS records: NETLIFY (x2), NETLIFYv6 (x2), TXT Google verification — NO conflicting records
  • The provisioning process starts (shows “Currently provisioning…”) but then reverts to the NXDOMAIN error
  • This is an URGENT issue — the certificate expires in less than 24 hours

Please manually reset the wildcard certificate provisioning on your backend. Thank you.
