I need help setting up DNS configs. Oddly, I am seeing different results via different ISP paths (Verizon vs. Comcast). I do not know for sure, but I suspect that this is not due to DNS propagation delays. I think my DNS lookups are being intercepted by either Comcast or Verizon, but I don’t understand why this only affects some HTTP requests.

Ah, I think I answered my own question. The default target IP address for unconfigured domains is apparently 91.195.240.123, which is Sedo, which treats the request as if it were a parked domain.
So I think my problem actually is due to propagation delay after all. My stale DNS records apparently still point to 91.195.240.123 in some cases.
