My Free plan team is showing “running on operational credits — production deploys are paused,” but Usage & Billing shows 28 credits available for the Sep 2–Oct 1 billing period. Production deploys cost 15 credits, so I should still have enough for one deployment. This appears to match the recent operational-credit flag issue affecting Free-plan accounts. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
