# What to do with NETLIFY DNS records after domain migration between sites

I have a custom domain name registered with external provided and added to my Netlify account.  
That domain was recently migrated from an old to a new site on Netlify.

Domain works as expected, but I can still see NETLIFY DNS records pointing to the previous site in domain’s settings.

Should I manually remove/edit these records?

It says I don’t have to update these DNS records 🤷‍♂️  
I’ve updaded it for one of the domain, not for the other and both of these domains work 🤷‍♂️

I’ll update these DNS records anyway. Thank you.
