Our website, www.admesa.ca, is inaccessible to visitors from Canada and the U.S., while it functions fine for those in Europe and Asia. I’ve confirmed this using a VPN with IPs from different countries. The website also works fine when accessed via the Netlify site name: https://resplendent-sfogliatella-7ede85.netlify.app
The problem doesn’t seem to be related to local caching at all, as I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices. Furthermore, the website functions without any issues on the same browser when accessed using a European IP address. I also attempted the “clear cache and deploy” option multiple times without success.
Hi, yes, I am currently in Vancouver and still experiencing the issue. I asked someone from the Toronto to check, and they are also encountering the same problem. However, when using a European VPN, the website becomes accessible without any problem right now.
Without the VPN, the website returns an error message: “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).” Using browser console I can see some JavaScript chunks are returning a 404 error. Here is the X-Nf-Request-Id of one of the files that returned a 404: 01H5SR2B1WVQNDXTF4FECK7DP0
