@refaat Follow this support guide: > [@\[Support Guide\] "another site is using this domain" Verifying domain ownership for Netlify production domain](https://answers.netlify.com/t/support-guide-another-site-is-using-this-domain-verifying-domain-ownership-for-netlify-production-domain/13765): > > Last Reviewed by Netlify Support Staff: January 2025 Are you receiving the error “another site is using this domain” when you are trying to add your production domain to your Netlify site? Read on! This is easy to fix. This occurs when you are trying to add a production domain that already exists on Netlify under a different account. Do you know who might be using the domain (maybe a previous collaborator or an agency you’ve worked with in the past?), the quickest way to get this resolved is… The `value` you would use is: ```auto https://answers.netlify.com/t/i-deleted-my-netlify-team-and-all-projects-there-got-deleted-can-u-help-me-to-recive-them-back/138308 ``` ---

@refaat I can see the TXT record for `procell.app`. Make sure to do it for `alsayid.pro` too, (if you’re also trying to use that). I’ve changed your thread title to match your actual request. I don’t work for Netlify, so that’s as much as I can do for you. Once ready post in this thread to say so, then when Netlify’s staff see the thread they’ll do the removal. I cannot advise or predict how long that will be. ---

The domains should be removed from Netlify.
