Hi Netlify Support,
My production website is currently inaccessible because its SSL certificate has expired.
Site:
strong-torrone-7144b4 [dot] netlify [dot] app
Primary domain:
www [dot] arvexa [dot] co
DNS is managed externally through GoDaddy and is currently configured correctly:
A record:
arvexa [dot] co → 75.2.60.5
CNAME:
www [dot] arvexa [dot] co → strong-torrone-7144b4 [dot] netlify [dot] app
The expired certificate still contains the wildcard domain:
- [dot] arvexa [dot] co
Netlify is attempting to renew that wildcard certificate and the HTTPS panel shows:
Acme::Client::Error::RateLimited: too many failed authorizations for the wildcard domain.
I do not need a wildcard certificate.
Could a Netlify Support Engineer please remove the stale wildcard certificate, clear the failed SSL/ACME provisioning state, and provision a new standard Let’s Encrypt certificate for the root domain and www domain?
The production website is currently offline, so I would greatly appreciate urgent assistance.
